Roto Patio Alversa allows you to build either a Tilt&Slide unit, or one of three different parallel sliding configurations. This system will be of particular interest if you are already a user of Roto NX or Roto AL hardware, because there are a number of common components, which will help streamline your stockholding and simplify the ordering process.
Minimalist approach
The Alversa system is designed to utilise the minimum number of different components. For example, the four versions share the same rollers and track units. Not only does this reduce complexity; it also allows for all the variants to be made on the same production line. Only very minor changes are necessary when switching between the different configurations.

Concealed night ventilation
“Patio Alversa PS” is the Parallel Sliding version. This has a concealed night vent mode, which cannot be discerned from outside. The ventilation position allows airflow on all four sides of the sash, while still appearing to be closed. When further retracted to create a bigger parallel gap, the sash is still capable of resisting break-in attempts and has been certified to Resistance Class 2 (RC 2) on specific profiles.

“Patio Alversa KS” is a Tilt&Slide system. “Patio Alversa PS Air” and “Patio Alversa PS Air Com” are parallel sliding systems that also allow the sash to be tilted for ventilation. The latter is a comfort version with direct handle control, making it easier for users by driving the tilt motion via the handle.

“Patio Alversa PS” is designed to have simple, intuitive operation and be easy for any user to immediately use without being able to cause damage. This makes it ideal for scenarios with a high turnover of users, such as hotels or other publicly accessed buildings.

Made from high-grade materials such as durable PVC and with premium ball bearings, the rollers are extremely quiet and smooth in operation. Security built-in
A number of attributes help make Patio Alversa resistant to break-in attempts, as proven in tests to EN standards. The security strikers are held in position by multiple screws and the mushroom cams that engage into them are extremely strong, despite the fact that they are also fully adjustable for height and compression.
The rollers are fitted with anti-jemmy protection to guard against manipulation of the sash.
Handles are available in lockable versions, and the handle drive units are protected by anti-drill plates to prevent intruders from using devious methods to try and release the locking system from outside.
Colour coordination
As standard, the handles, cover caps and track sets are available in a number of finishes including white, black, dark brown and three shades of bronze. This gives your customer a satisfying feeling of having been able to make a choice of the best fitting colour for their home, rather than being limited to just a couple of options.
Smart home compatible
You can integrate Patio Alversa into a smart home system by fitting Roto Com Tec sensors for lock monitoring. These sensors monitor the open or closed status of a unit and can also detect break-in attempts.
