Our international training organisation, continues to expand. Our UK technical sales representative Dave Smith is one of the latest Roto staff to be certified as a Roto Campus trainer, bringing the number of trainers to 38 worldwide.
Roto Campus oversees training for both our staff and customers and is a reflection of the high importance Roto places on training. The organisation, run from our head office in Germany, is a truly international effort with team members from all regions contributing.
Recently, the trainers from around the world gathered in Strasbourg for the annual Roto Campus conference. At this three-day event, the team learns about new products, reviews the progress of various projects and plans the future of training across the Roto group.
As well as training Roto’s internal and external staff in manufacturing and sales techniques, Roto Campus also offers a number of services to window and door fabricators.

Face-to-face training: small group seminars, either at your location or ours, are a powerful way to get your team members involved in hands-on learning.
E-learning: Roto’s expanding portfolio of online learning modules is a great way to keep your teams up to date with their Roto product knowledge. Modules can be completed on a flexible basis at a time to suit individual participants.
Live online training: in some cases, you don’t need to travel and the Roto training can be brought directly to your teams by video conferencing link. This can work fine, especially for staff who already have good technical skills and need to learn additional techniques.
We also offer blended learning, where initial training is backed up by subsequent e-learning to ensure delegates retain the knowledge they have acquired.
