“The integration with our aluminium profiles works very well”, says Tim. “With systems like Patio Inowa, the connection is exactly what we need, and that makes a big difference in production”.

“We know Roto systems have been thoroughly tested, and we’ve achieved the required SKG ratings”, Tim says. “That gives confidence — both to us and our customers”.

“There is a lot of contact, especially on technical topics”, Tim explains. “Questions are handled quickly, and communication is always clear”. Tim adds, “We work very well with Hans, our Roto sales representative. On any issue he brings the right people together, which really helps move things forward”.
Logistics and delivery performance are also key strengths. “The logistics service is very good”, says Tim. “Deliveries are reliable, and that helps us keep our own processes running smoothly”.
Looking ahead
When asked about potential improvements, both Tim is clear that the current collaboration already meets their expectations. “At the moment, everything is in order”, he says. “Any technical issues are very rare and can be solved quickly”.
