Lift&Slide systems have long been a choice for sliding systems with very large and heavy sashes. Such installations are usually specified in order to take advantage of a panoramic view, or simply to let a lot of natural light into a building.

The notion of a Lift&Slide unit having thick, visually imposing frames is now completely outdated. You can use Roto Patio Lift on some of the slimmest and most aesthetic profile designs.

The roller sets have wheels made from high-quality, hard-wearing PVC material, running on premium ball bearings. The roller casings are also very robust, and there is a version called Stainless Steel Plus, with components supplied in stainless steel. This option makes Patio Lift suitable for use in coastal environments and other applications where corrosion risk is higher than usual.

The espagnolette enables easy operation of the lift and slide modes by the end user. Each central gearbox is capable of being locked by a profile cylinder and has a shaped cutout to accept one.

On installations with a sash weight of 300 kg or more, integrated dampers prevent the handle from rebounding during the lifting phase.

You can have an info clip featuring your own company logo. The clip fits onto the faceplate opposite the central gearbox. Another way in which you can customise your unit to suit the customer is to provide handles coated to a specific colour. This option is available for contracts where all the installations in a building project require a special handle colour. Another example of attention to detail can be found in the DesignLocking option. This provides a neat look to the closing side of the installation. With this variant, the locking cams are concealed in the espagnolette, so they do not protrude visibly on the edge of the sash when it is open. The strikers appear virtually flush with the frame.

Combined with the use of slim profiles, DesignLocking helps you provide an installation that lets your customers enjoy their views with minimal visual impact from frames and hardware.
